We ship globally and strive to offer the speediest, safest shipping for all our products. All shipping is fulfilled through our collaborators DHl and Blue Dart.

We offer the best pre-negotiated weight based air-freight for all products, which you can check in real time before purchasing the product.

Duties, Octroi charges, wherever applicable, will be additional as per the rules of the country, and shall be re-imbursed by you to the courier company against a receipt.

Clubbing Orders for Delivery

In case you Order multiple Products in one transaction, Design Temple would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistical issues. However if you order multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to the single shipping address entered. If you wish to ship different Products to different addresses, then please place separate orders for each, with individual delivery addresses.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced can be checked post a product is selected for “Add to cart”.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, you may provide us with an alternate shipping address with a serviceable pin code reach.

However if we do not deliver in your location yet, and you would like to purchase a Design Temple Product you can email us at info@designtemple.com and we will get back to you with a delivery solution.

How will the delivery be done? Can I track my order ?

All our deliveries are fulfilled by our reputed collaborators – DHL and Blue Dart and these orders can be tracked online thru AWB no. on respective logistic partner sites. Please click here to be directed to their sites.

Usually all products ship within 7-8 days. And you will receive an email/ SMS alert when your order is out for delivery and once again to notify fulfillment. Please notify us via email if your product is not delivered/ missing and/or you do not see any status on “Track your Order” on the logistic partner sites.
